Corporal Pierce is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Badger Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Second Invasion of Stroggos[]
Pierce is a member of Badger Squad under the command of Sergeant Miller during the assault on the Air Defense Bunker, but got separated from his squad during the operation. While on his way to retrieve Medic Anderson, Corporal Kane encounters Pierce in a hallway shortly before a Berserker storms the door behind Pierce and brutally impales and kills him.
Trivia[]
- There is no way to save Pierce. His death is scripted and cannot be avoided.
- His death is the first guaranteed death that does not happen in a cutscene or has already happened without Kane witnessing it (Private Dees and Private Webb may technically be killed before Pierce, but are unlikely to take enough damage to do so).
