Corporal Mahler is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Viper Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Second Invasion of Stroggos[]
Mahler is the commanding officer of the team assigned to clear out the hangars with Corporal Kane. Before they head towards the main facility, Mahler provides Kane with the Shotgun. They then make their way through the facility and after taking the elevator to the top floor, they are informed by Sergeant Morris they need to clear the area before the demolitions team can advance. After doing so, they meet the demolitions team, it being Corporal Rhodes, at the elevator and rides it back down while Kane and Rhodes advance towards the hangars to destroy them.
