Medic Hayes is a character featured in Quake IV. He is a member of Viper Squad in the Space Marine Corps and participates in the Second Invasion of Stroggos.

Second Invasion of Stroggos[]
Hayes is a member of the team assigned to clear out the hangars with Corporal Kane under the command of Corporal Mahler. They make their way through the facility and after taking the elevator to the top floor, they are informed by Sergeant Morris they need to clear the area before the demolitions team can advance. After doing so, they meet the demolitions team, it being Corporal Rhodes, at the elevator. Hayes may be killed along the way throughout the whole facility, but if he survives, he will ride the elevator down with his team while Kane and Rhodes advance towards the hangars to destroy them.
