Grunt is a special one. He has a skill level to challenge you. You may even see yourself being killed by him on I Can Win difficulty. He should be your primary target, so if you see him chase him and hunt him down. Railgun, Rocket Launcher, and BFG10K are his favorite weapons so be careful if he has these.

Quake III bio

Grunt suffered a lot in the Strogg war. He has a lot of righteous anger built up inside of him. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, his ability to tell friend from foe suffered a lot too. From his perspective, they are all foes now and they all gotta die.[1]
