Being the final level of this Episode, I was perhaps a bit less cautious than I should have been playing the level. I took a ton of damage (though I could have restored all health at the end if I had gone for the two medkits instead of simply heading for the teleporter) and wasn't the most conservative. However, I could afford to be. I also used the Quad Damage to survive the final room, otherwise you have to hang back while the Vores get closer to your position and quickly deal with the Fiends before they take too much damage.
