Flooded is a Single Player level in Dark Hour. It is the fifth level of a "campaign" created by a chain of levels being linked together. This level consists of a Monster infested basement that has been flooded with Water. There are plenty of wooden structures of an intricate nature on top of the Water that lead to the Level Exit. Of course, reaching it is not easy due to a large number of traps which drop the player once more into the Water below.

Quick Level Completion

  • Drop into the Water and swim to the Elevator.
  • Turn around and wait for the Elevator to rise to the top.
  • Jump off the Elevator before it injures you.
  • Proceed forward to drop to the lower floor.
  • Go left around the ramp to avoid dropping to the Water below.
  • Jump onto the small wooden structure, then onto the higher one to get to the opposite side.
  • Go onto the Elevator straight ahead to ascend to the next floor.
  • Turn around at the top to leave the Elevator.
  • Climb the stairs slightly to your right to get onto the wooden structure.
  • Turn left and head to the middle of the wooden structure, then turn right.
  • Proceed forward to reach a small room with a wooden structure in the middle of it.
  • Go around the wooden structure and proceed to the middle of said structure to exit.

Walkthrough

You spawn on the middle of a wooden platform. Drop straight ahead into the Water, then turn around to kill the Rotfish. Diving into the Water will also alert the 10 Fiends below, you however do not have the Ammo to deal with them at this time. Swim straight down to the middle of a wooden structure to collect a Biosuit. Swim back to the surface of the Water. Straight ahead are a Blue Water Elevator and an Elevator. Take the Blue Water Elevator up to the second floor, turning around to leave the Blue Water Elevator. Follow the hallway to the end and turn right to reach an intersection. Go through the doorway to the left to enter a small room. Collect the Rockets, 25 Health, Grenade Launcher, Double-Barrelled Shotgun, and Yellow Armor around the pillar. Go through the doorway to the right, turning right to kill the Rottweiler on the other side of the pillar. Go through the doorway to the left to kill the Rottweiler. Follow the dark corridor to the right while killing the Rottweiler somewhat to your right. Turn right at the end and proceed forward, ignoring the ramp to your right. Collect the Super Nailgun and Rockets at the end, then turn right to kill a Rottweiler. Proceeding forward would bring you back to the intersection, so instead go onto the previously ignored ramp. This ramp is too steep to climb, meaning you will be dropped back into the Water where you started the level. Use your newly acquired Ammo to kill the 10 Fiends.

Return to the Blue Water Elevator and go to the second floor, turning around to leave the Blue Water Elevator. Turn right and cross the room to reach a set of stairs which allows access to a balcony overlooking this room. Be careful not to go too far to the right or you will fall into the Water at the start of the map. Also beware going too close to the ramp to the right as it is similar to the ramp on the floor below, meaning it is too steep to climb and will simply drop you to the Water below. If you do fall down, simply ride the Elevator to the floor you were just on and turn right onto the stairs. Kill the Grunt, then turn left and climb the stairs. Kill the 4 Grunts in this section of corridor, then follow the corridor to the end and turn left. Kill the 3 Grunts in this section of corridor, then follow the corridor to the end and collect the Rocket Launcher. Turn left to kill the 5 Grunts, then proceed down the corridor to collect the 25 Health. Return to the Blue Water Elevator and ride it up to the top floor, turning around to leave the Blue Water Elevator. Follow the corridor to reach the next room. Turn right to face into the room, then turn right once to enter an elongated wooden structure. Collect the Nails and Super Nailgun, but do not go too far back or you will drop into the Water at the start of the level. Turn around and start to head out of the wooden structure. Aim upwards to kill a Vore on a small balcony. Be careful not to go too far forward as another ramp exists here which is similar to the ones on the lower levels, meaning it is too steep to climb and will simply drop you to the Water at the start of the level. To your right and behind you is another staircase which would allow you to get on top of the wooden platform you just left, ignore this as there is nothing of interest up there. Go left around the ramp with the hole. Jump onto the wooden structure to the right to get over the higher wooden structure. Collect the Green Armor beside the pillar straight ahead, then turn right to kill 3 Rottweilers. Ignore the elevator to your left for a moment and instead proceed to the opposite side of this alcove. Collect the Thunderbolt, Rockets, Shells, 25 Health, and Yellow Armor.

Turn around and return to the Elevator to ascend to the next floor. Turn around at the top to leave the Elevator. Ignore the staircase straight ahead and instead turn left. The structure to your left was the balcony which previously held the Vore. Proceed past this structure to the far side of this room. Kill the Rottweiler to your left, then ascend the stairs to your right. The set of stairs you previously ignored simply was another entrance onto this structure. Kill the 2 Grunts on the small balcony straight ahead. Turn right and proceed to the middle of the wooden structure, then turn left to kill the Death Knight. Ignore the doorway to the right and the structure straight ahead, instead going through the doorway to your left. Kill the Knight and Rottweiler. Collect the two 25 Health, Super Nailgun, Grenade Launcher, and Thunderbolt. Turn right and proceed forward to the opposite side of the wooden structure. Turn right and proceed forward to collect the Rocket Launcher. Turn left to enter the exit Teleporter.
