Bandolier

In Quake 2, the Bandolier will increase the maximum amount of ammo you can carry for certain types of ammo.

Shells: 150
Bullets: 250
Cells: 250
Slugs: 75
It doesn't affect rockets and grenades.

[edit] Single Player
In SP, the Bandolier is invaluable. Being able to hold extra ammo is a blessing, so grab it as soon as you see it!
[edit] Multiplayer
In MP, the Bandolier is almost completely useless. You'll rarely hit max ammo for a weapon in the first place, so there's no real reason for going out of your way to get it.
